Line Class - Heavy duty roller guides designed for trolling and stand up guides. Suitable for 10-37kg line class. Frames-Stainless steel for extra strength, corrosion resistance and reduced chance of foot breakage. Rolled frame openings offer a large knot clearance and prevent the line travelling between the frame and the roller, as well as protecting the line. Tips-One piece stainless steel cast. All components are the same as those used on the roller guides. This means if you need a bearing, pin or roller screw, one size fits all. Bearings-All bearings are coated with a fluorocarbon coating. The lubricant permanently bonds, protecting the bearing from corrosion and reduces wear and friction. Rollers-SS machined to a 40 micro finish with a deep V to accept all types of line. All rollers are burnished in walnut shell to enhance the performance and finish. Screws and pins -SS with screws coated in NYLOK covering 70% of the screw. Maintenance-rinse in fresh water to remove all salt deposits. Occasionally apply a drop of reel oil lube. Do not use any spray lubricants.
