Narrow Trim Bands DVD.

This DVD shows wrapping a guide from start to finish with three trim bands of several threads each. There are many, many ways of doing these and this video shows how to wrap over a thread and use it for a trim band and then wrap over the end of the trim thread again with the main wrapping thread. This leaves a pretty uncluttered look to the final wrap with no threads overlapping one another and just the buried threads under the main wrapping thread.
